The Workers' Welfare Association is one of the six umbrella organizations of the Freie Wohlfahrtspflege in Germany.
The AWO makes it easier for people with a migration background to find out about their rights as EU citizens. In doing so, the organization also provides individual counseling to those in need on topics such as employment, housing, finances, health, education and training.

attention-grabbing posters that work by means of flat typography and colour. The inclusion of photographs conveys liveliness with clarity and establishes the necessary reference to reality. Facts, figures from statistics and statements are used to convey a direct message. The posters are placed in public spaces in the city of Munich. Places that have a connection to the target groups of the campaign are chosen as a priority: "Arbeiterstrich", nursing homes, building sites, parks, as everyday workplaces of the protagonists as well as the Agentur für Arbeit or the AWO contact point are suitable.
In addition, DIN-long flyers with a folded cover will be produced. They are to be distributed directly to employers and are intended to make potential employers more aware of the "job matching" offers.
Small format leaflets printed on one side with a testimonial photography draw attention to the jobseekers as individuals. The slogan "We work." in the languages of the countries of origin and destination conveys the willingness of the campaign's protagonists to work. Furthermore, AWO contacts and QR code are linked to the AWO website.
